The Crazy Charlie saltwater fly is an excellent choice for flats fishing. You can fish the Crazy Charlie for flounder and stripers. It's a popular bonefish fly (good luck finding those in Atlantic Canada). A sinking line is not a necessity for flats fishing if you use a long leader and give it a few seconds to sink. Bounce along the bottom for flounder.
